This Privacy Policy explains how Svagya Digitech Private Limited (“Svagya”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit svagya.com or contact us through it.
We are the “Data Fiduciary” for the personal data described here. Please read this alongside our Terms of Use. By using this website or submitting the enquiry form, you acknowledge this Policy. Where the law requires your consent (for example, for analytics and advertising cookies), we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.
When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide:
When you browse the site, limited technical information may be collected — such as your device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed and on-site interactions. Basic server logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability. Analytics and advertising information is collected only after you accept the cookie banner (see Section 4).
We process your personal data for the following specific purposes:
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to your enquiry, share the information you asked for, and contact you (including via WhatsApp, phone or email) about your project | Your request / consent |
| Send you occasional updates, offers or newsletters — only if you opted in | Consent (you can opt out anytime) |
| Measure and improve how the website performs (analytics) | Consent (cookie banner) |
| Advertising measurement and audiences (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel) | Consent (cookie banner) |
| Keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations | Legitimate operation / law |
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, consent is our primary basis for processing. We will not use your data for a new, unrelated purpose without telling you first.
If you give us a WhatsApp number, you agree we may reply to your enquiry on WhatsApp, phone or email. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp service and are subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy practices. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped as:
Non-essential cookies are managed through Google Tag Manager and are governed by Google Consent Mode: nothing tracking-related runs until you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies/site data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.
Our pages also load fonts and icons from third-party networks (Google Fonts, Fontshare and jsDelivr). These do not set advertising cookies, but the providers receive your IP address in order to deliver the files.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“Data Processors”) who help us run the business, and only as needed:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Zoho | Business email — enquiry notifications are delivered to our inbox |
| Hostinger | Website hosting and server logs |
| Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads, Fonts) | Analytics, advertising measurement and fonts — non-essential parts only after consent |
| Meta Platforms | Advertising (Pixel) after consent, and WhatsApp message delivery |
| Fontshare / jsDelivr | Delivering fonts and icons |
We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Some of the providers above process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on those providers’ own safeguards and only use reputable services. Such transfers are made in line with applicable Indian law, which permits transfers except to countries specifically restricted by the Government of India.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and thereafter until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the relevant provider. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these, email write@svagya.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We apply reasonable security practices to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
