This Privacy Policy explains how Svagya Digitech Private Limited (“Svagya”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit svagya.com or contact us through it.

We are the “Data Fiduciary” for the personal data described here. Please read this alongside our Terms of Use. By using this website or submitting the enquiry form, you acknowledge this Policy. Where the law requires your consent (for example, for analytics and advertising cookies), we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.

01What personal data we collect

If you give us a WhatsApp number, you agree we may reply to your enquiry on WhatsApp, phone or email. WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta’s WhatsApp service and are subject to Meta’s own terms and privacy practices. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

04Cookies & similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped as:

Non-essential cookies are managed through Google Tag Manager and are governed by Google Consent Mode: nothing tracking-related runs until you click Accept on our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies/site data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.

Our pages also load fonts and icons from third-party networks (Google Fonts, Fontshare and jsDelivr). These do not set advertising cookies, but the providers receive your IP address in order to deliver the files.

05Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“Data Processors”) who help us run the business, and only as needed:

06International transfers

Some of the providers above process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we rely on those providers’ own safeguards and only use reputable services. Such transfers are made in line with applicable Indian law, which permits transfers except to countries specifically restricted by the Government of India.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and thereafter until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings of the relevant provider. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We apply reasonable security practices to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

If you have any concern or complaint about how your personal data is handled, please contact our Grievance Officer above. We will acknowledge and work to resolve grievances within the timelines required by law (ordinarily within one month). If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
